Return & Refund Policy:

You have the right to cancel your order within 365 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 365 days from the date on which you receive the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Returns Policy:

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 365 days
• The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods that are custom-made or personalized.
• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to their nature, for example goods which spoil quickly or whose use-by date has passed.
• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion that do not meet the above return conditions.

Returning goods

In accordance with your right of withdrawal, the transport risk for returns is not your responsibility. As the seller, we are responsible for any risk during the return process, regardless of the shipping service provider you choose.

We suggest using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the goods are returned in good condition. A refund will only be processed once we have received the returned goods or a proof of delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Refund

Once we have received the return, you can expect the money back in your account within 5 working days.
