We work with DHL to ensure the prompt delivery of your order. Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service.

We offer Free Shipping on all our products in the Benelux
Delivery via DHL
DHL will deliver your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be left with your neighbors, or a second delivery attempt will be made. The day and time of the second delivery attempt depend on the initial delivery. If you are not at home for the second delivery, you will receive a notice in your letterbox. This notice will include information on where you can collect your package from a DHL Service Point. You have 7 days to collect the package, after which it will be returned.
Pick up at a DHL Pick up Point
You no longer have to stay home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to a DHL collection point. You decide where your package is delivered and when you pick it up. There is always a DHL location near you. You can pick up the package within a week, after which the package will be returned.
Returns
After receiving your products, you have 365 days to notify us if you wish to return the products. To do so, please download and complete the withdrawal form available online. Once you have informed us of your intention to return, the products must be demonstrably returned to Zapply.nl within 365 days.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the seller is responsible for the costs associated with returning the products.
Refunds
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation. Please be aware that we do not assume the transport risk for returns made under the right of withdrawal.
