For shipping we work together with DHL. Together we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. This is often within 1 working day, if you order before 23:00 your order is often delivered the next day! If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service. 

We offer Free Shipping on all our products in the Benelux

Delivery via DHL 

DHL will deliver your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to your neighbours or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home for the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in your letterbox. This will state at which DHL Service Point you can collect the package. You have 7 days to collect the package, otherwise it will be returned. 

Pick up at a DHL Pick up Point 

You no longer have to stay home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to a DHL collection point. You decide where your package is delivered and when you pick it up. There is always a DHL location near you. You can pick up the package within a week, after which the package will be returned.

Returns

After receiving your products, you have 30 days to report if you want to return the products. To do this, download and print the withdrawal form online. When you have reported that you want to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned to Zapply.nl within 30 days.

The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after cancellation.
